Janet has over twenty years of experience providing financial and tax services for privately owned businesses; trusts; estates; individuals; retirement plans, and not-for-profit entities. Her specialized areas of expertise include personal financial advisory and Investment Advisor Representative services and strategic planning for businesses.

Janet has provided testimony to Congressional committees in support of small business issues and has been quoted in local and national publications. She has received multiple awards from various organizations for her dedication to and advocacy of small business issues at the local and national levels including: MSCPA Distinguished Service Award; SBA Women in Business Advocate and Accountant Advocate of the Year awards; and, NAWBO’s National Public Policy Advocate of the Year. Her prior activities include: Action Committee Chair for St. Louis Forum; Member, Public Policy Council for the Regional chamber of Commerce (RCGA); and National Tax Chair for WIPP.

Gavin has significant experience performing valuation, audit, review and compilation engagements for private companies, not –for-profit, and governmental agencies. His responsibilities include preparation and review of corporate, partnership and individual tax returns, business valuation engagements and consulting on mergers and acquisitions.

His prior community activities include Member of the Board of Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and the Brentwood Economic Council; Vice-President of Ozark Fly Fishers; and the SBA Committee for Small Business Week.
